Bank transfer: With the registration and the selection of this payment option, you agree to pay the total amount within 14 days after receiving the emailed registration confirmation (incl. the invoice). For late registrations (after August 1st, 2017) the last day for money transfers is August 15th, 2017.
Credit card payments: Only VISA and MasterCard are accepted. The payment has to be authorized by a printed and signed version of the registration confirmation returned to the organizers per fax.
An on-site payment is not possible!
Cancellations: Cancellations should be received in writing by July 15, 2017. 90% of the Conference Fee will be refunded. After July 15, 2017 no refunds will be given, however conference proceedings will be sent to you after the conference. The nomination of alternate participants must be received in writing or by fax.
Privacy statement: Information provided by the participants, except for the data explicitly authorized for the list of participants, will be kept confidential and will not be released to a third party.
